JeremyTressler

Jeremy Tressler is the former student of composers’ Richard Cameron-Wolfe and Dary John Mizelle. His recording career began in what can only be described as an intense passion for music & sound. Coupled with the desire to help fulfill the musical fantasies of his friends and colleagues, his very first recording project began through a meeting with guitarist Marc Wolf & composer Robert Martin in 1998. Simultaneously the Furious Artsians record label was formed (now an imprint of New Focus), and a vehicle created to serve cutting-edge living composers & performers with full-scale recording, production and distribution of their music. Jeremy has since worked with a wide array of composers and performers within the United States.

More recently, Jeremy’s work has expanded to include photography and video.

As the production director for Interclassique he has managed & coordinated large-scale events, in collaboration with music festivals and international concert series in Greece, France & Germany. In this capacity, he has collaborated with prominent European artists including Martha Argerich, Yuri Bashmet, Mischa Maisky, Renaud Capuçon, and Alexandros Kapelis.

Jeremy maintains a daily yoga practice and spends his free-time exploring the realms of art & music making.
